Becoming a Servants of Poor

The Institute preparing the young women with a gradual, smooth and full formation, aware that its validity and effectiveness of the mission depends in large part on the training of its members:

  • Aspirancy: The young woman makes a journey of growth in faith and discernment of vocation. Following a first experience in a community training.
  • Postulancy: Is the period in which the young woman checking their vocation according to the charism of the Institute and preparing herself to follow the call of God as the Servant of the Poor.
  • Noviciate: Is the time of great prayer, reflection, study, life and vocational discernment. The young leaves all other efforts to deepen its relationship of love with Jesus and to experience the dedication of the apostolic works.
  • Temporary Religious Profession: After the noviciate, the young relies on the Lord to consecrate herself through the vows of poverty, chastity, obedience and become part of the religious family committed to the rule of life.
  • Juniorate: The juniorate include the time of temporary vows, and the period of deepening of the consecration and of the Bocconist mission through systematic training, spiritual and apostolic doctrine and practice together, adjusted to the ability of the person.
  • International Juniorate: A year before the profession's sister, the educator and spiritual guide of a program personalized for the young consecrated to reread in the light of the Word of God and charisma, his life of prayer, and his life fraternal relationship, the apostolic experience and experience of the study.
  • Final Religious Profession : This stage is a sign of Christ indissoluble union with the Church his bride. The S.o.P. finally confirmed his consecration to the Lord, to serve the Church, feeling the needs of the Institute.
  • Permanent Formation: Fidelity to God's call requires an ever-new every season of life.
